Therapy rooted in experience and compassion.

Approachable, convenient care for stress, transitions, and healing.

You’ve been showing up,

holding it down,

and doing all the things.

Make it stand out

Managing the schedules, the relationships, the responsibilities. From the outside, it looks like you’re keeping it all together. But on the inside?

You’re tired. Stretched thin.

Maybe even a little lost from the version of yourself you want to be. This doesn’t feel sustainable and you are not having fun.

You might be overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or carrying unprocessed grief. You feel like you’re going through the motions, while deep down there's an awareness that you crave the ability to be present, energized, connected to yourself and others, and highly effective in each of your roles.

I’m a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting folks through life’s biggest transitions- grief, burnout, anxiety, parenthood, partnerships, identity shifts, and everything in between.

Our work together won’t be surface-level. It won’t be cold or clinical. If you are looking for a more passive therapist who will hold space and validate, I may not be the right fit for you.

My process

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, focused and productive.

I’ll meet you where you are, and together, we can explore new perspectives, build insight, learn, develop and strengthen skills and move toward deep healing and life-changing personal growth.

You don’t have to keep pushing through without support.

Starting therapy is an act of courage.

Not sure where to begin? That’s okay! We can figure it out together.

Whether you're new to therapy or just new to working with me, here are answers to some of the questions I’m asked most often.

Common Questions About Starting Therapy

  • I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, including relationship changes, motherhood, grief, career shifts, burnout, and identity struggles. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and unprocessed trauma. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or like something needs to change, I can help.

  • Yes, I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy via a platform called Simple Practice. I can serve clients located anywhere within Washington State. Online counseling provides the flexibility and convenience to access therapy from the comfort of your own space- no commute, no stress.

  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in a season of change, therapy can offer clarity, relief, and support. Starting therapy is an act of courage! I hope you feel proud of yourself, because if you’re reading this, you’ve already taken a first step.

  • The first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and your goals for therapy. If there are things about me and my practice that would be helpful for you to know, I welcome you to ask me questions, too!

  • My therapy style is engaging, warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals, blending insight-oriented therapy, skill-building, and practical strategies to help you feel more present, connected, and empowered in your life.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. This means that clients pay for their session themselves, at time of service. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. I can provide a superbill upon request.

While I am out-of-network with insurance companies, I have over a decade of experience being contracted with multiple different companies in the past. If you have a question or would like help navigating your plan’s coverage, you can read the articles below or email me a specific question and I will do my best to help you.

  • The frequency of our sessions will reflect your needs and likely change over time, as you change over time.

Most clients find they get the most benefit from meeting once a week, especially if they are new to therapy. I will with check-in with you along the way to see how the cadence feels and we will make adjustments as necessary.

Some clients know exactly what they need support with, and can accomplish their goals in just a few sessions. Other clients find therapy so helpful that they continue for many years.

I do my best to offer all clients a standing appointment that they can rely on, whether that is weekly, bi weekly or monthly will be determined by you.

Sessions are 53 minutes long, give or take a few minutes. This allows for the maximum potential for reimbursement from insurance for clients who choose to seek it.

  • Every person’s journey is different. Some clients see meaningful changes in a few months, while others find ongoing therapy beneficial for deeper healing and continued growth. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and progress to ensure therapy continues to be effective and supportive.

  • That’s completely okay! Many of my clients are new to therapy. I take special care to make the process feel approachable and supportive. There’s no pressure to “get it right.” Just show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.

  • Click the contact button to send me a message or schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what’s bringing you in and make sure it feels like a good fit.

Next, I will help you get set up with a patient portal in Simple Practice. Within your portal, you can review, fill out, and electronically sign your intake paperwork.

We’ll schedule your first online therapy session and begin your path toward clarity, connection, and healing!
