  • The path to parenthood can be beautiful, and brutal. It can stir up so much more than people expect. I know how overwhelming, disorienting, and lonely it can feel. My lived experience is what led me to specialize in supporting others through it with care, compassion, and clinical expertise.

    I offer therapy for those navigating:

    • Fertility challenges and pregnancy loss

    • Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs)

    • Processing a traumatic birth or postpartum experience

    • Identity shifts and relationship strain in early parenting

  • Granger Counseling, PLLC is out-of-network with all insurance companies.

    You may have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan that can help cover a portion of session fees. Many clients are surprised to learn how much support is available! I’m happy to provide a superbill (a receipt for reimbursement), and I can guide you on what to ask your insurance provider so you can make the most of your coverage.

  • I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of financial circumstances.

    To help support affordability, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who are unable to pay my full fee.

    If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out- I’m happy to talk more about current availability and options.
